Best-Selling Craftsman House Plan – Now With Interior Photos!
Best-Selling Craftsman House Plan 75134
Total Living Area: 2,482 SQ FT
Bedrooms: 4
Bathrooms: 3.5
Popular Craftsman House Plan 75134 is one of our best-sellers, and it’s just under 2500 square feet of living space. We have received requests for interior photographs since the plan was added to our website 5 years ago, and we are so happy to present photos provided by a very generous homeowner!
The angled arrangement of the floor plan balks from the typical “cookie cutter” design in many of today’s homes. Craftsman details on the exterior include stone and cedar shingle siding, flared eaves and board and batten shutters. Inside, rustic beams enhance the vaulted ceilings.
The dining room and family room are connected by a double-sided fireplace. We love the traditional look of the iron chandelier in the dining room and the industrial design of the hanging light fixture in the family room.
The kitchen and breakfast nook are open to the family room, and a large island will become a favorite gathering place. The kitchen is finished with cream cabinets, light granite counter tops and stainless-steel, industrial quality appliances.
The master bedroom is all elegance with a sharply vaulted ceiling and luxuriously-draped windows. A freestanding tub is the focal point of the master bathroom. The master closet is connected to the utility room for convenience, but other members of the household can access it from the back hallway.
Walk outside to enjoy the covered lanai and the outdoor fireplace.
Three smaller bedrooms occupy the opposite side of the house, and one has a private bathroom. Two remaining bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath.
You can easily expand the living space by finishing the bonus room over the garage.

How much per sq ft would this home be to build?
Thanks
Hello John,
I’m sorry, we are unable to provide a turn-key price. For the most accurate average cost per square foot, we recommend asking local builders.
To purchase a QUICK-Cost-To-Build quote provided by Home-Cost.com, click on the Cost-To-Build tab on the plan’s details page. Here you will have the option to purchase the QUICK-Cost-To-Build for this plan. Remember that the QUICK-Cost-To-Build is based only on the living space listed for that particular house plan and on the zip code in which you are building. It is not specific to the materials needed for that house plan. In short, the estimate is based on generic information. Please read the limitations and assumptions associated with the cost estimates.
Unfortunately, I do not have any estimated material costs. There are lots of variables like material selections and fluctuating material costs. Wish I had a better answer for you.
