Luxury House Plan 75413 has 4,373 SQ FT of living space, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. A spacious courtyard defines the character of this traditional ranch home. The photographs were given to us by a homeowner who added a walkout basement. We love the upper deck and the seating area surrounding a cozy fire pit in the back yard. Carefully placed lighting complements the landscaping for evening entertainment.

12’ ceilings greet you as you enter and carry through to the great room found directly ahead. The fireplace is the focal point, and it’s flanked by built-in cabinets for displaying family keepsakes. Look up from the L-shaped couch and admire the elegant modern light fixture and special ceiling treatments.

A den is found to the left of the entry and features double French doors. This room can also double as a third bedroom.
