Placed on the corner of House Plan 42825 is a Queen Anne Style Victorian tower with tall, slender windows that bring light into the den. The adjacent front porch is accented with flared eaves, ocular window and stone veneer. Living space is 4022 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms plus a massive garage measuring 22’1” by 44’. As you might see in a historic home built by a wealthy family of the South, a sweeping double staircase greets you as you open a set of French doors and enter the foyer. In the great room, furniture can be expertly arranged around the fireplace as a focal point, and the combined kitchen / dining room keeps the occupants of all three rooms in close communication. Other useful rooms nearby include the pantry, half bath, mud room and laundry. For your comfort, the master bedroom dominates the left side of the home along with master bath and huge walk in closet measuring 15’1” by 10’10”. Bedrooms 2 and 3 upstairs share a bathroom while each has a private sink, and bedroom 4 shares its bathroom with the visitors in the bonus room.

this home: Victorian tower, Italian cupola, medieval chimney and romantic French details including the balcony with wrought iron railing and arched entryways and windows. On the front facing gable of the garage, brick arch springs top the windows and the set of French doors as they echo the arch of the Craftsman gable decoration above. We also have a deck dormer over the front door and two doghouse dormers over the garage. With more square footage, the rooms in this plan flow graciously with wide entryways and abundant floor space. Off the dining room is a sun deck where you can enjoy views of the back yard. Straight from the garage, you can access the mud room, laundry and powder room. Choose a good book in the library or study at the desk where you are surrounded by the circular walls and windows of the tower. Off the master suite is a private porch. Making a nice guest room upstairs, bedroom 4 has a private bathroom and is separated from the children’s rooms by a balcony and long hallway.

We are greeted by Tudor design in House Plan 42824 with decorative half timbering on the cross gable. This massive home has 5197 square feet of living space, and the exterior features a hip roof, cupola, flared eaves, flower boxes, and criss cross window panes. Store a collection of classic cars because there’s room for 5 vehicles in two separate garage areas. Formal and family space is quite separate in this plan. On the average work day, you may enter into the mud room from the garage or head straight upstairs where all four bedrooms are located. If you choose to use the two bonus rooms for entertainment, you will lead your guests upstairs on the elegant double staircase from the foyer. We find added features in the master suite including a sitting room with fireplace and his and hers bath.
