The Craftsman (Arts and Crafts) design elements of this home include the rustic stained columns with stone bases, matching eave brackets, wooden shutters, decorative knee braces over carriage style garage doors, and a mixture of stone and vertical siding.
The 3 car garage is set at an angle from the rest of the house, and it’s connected by a convenient arrangement of rooms. Drop off book bags, shoes,
and sporting equipment in the bench and drop zone. The laundry room has a sink and cabinets, and it connects to the master closet through a pocket door.
Move on down the hall, and you will be impressed to step into an open arrangement of kitchen and family room with 12′ high coffered ceiling. Dark stained ceiling beams run the length of the room, and the floor is finished with hardwood of varied shades.
Cream painted kitchen cabinets contrast with the handsome dark tone of the island. Six people can be seated at the island for informal meals. Notice the vintage hanging lanterns and the sliding barn-style door which leads to the formal dining room.
A set of French doors leads out to covered terrace. The vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of spacious luxury as you host a cookout during good weather.

Never-ending counter space will appeal to any couple, and in the center is a vanity where you can sit down and leisurely prepare for the day ahead. An upper horizontal window and frame-less glass shower door allows for abundant natural light. We love the varied tile work in the shower.
Your guests will appreciate bedroom 3 because it has a private bathroom. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a Jack and Jill bathroom.
