French Country House Plan with Photos
French Country House Plan 75135 has 3,230 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Adding old-world charm is a tower with exposed rafters and matching lintels over each window. The arched entry is stunning, and the six-foot wide veranda has wooden columns on stone bases.
Two sets of French doors lead from the veranda to the dining room. The deeply stained ceiling beams frame an intricate hanging light fixture. A butler’s pantry serves as a passageway to the kitchen.
Meal preparation is enhanced with stainless steel appliances and abundant counter space. The aesthetics of the space include wooden ceiling beams, a hanging iron light fixture and marble counter tops.
A large archway opens from the kitchen into the family room. The room is bright with natural light from a wall of windows. Furniture is arranged around a stone fireplace.
Outside, we find plush furniture under the covered lanai. Venture a little further and take a rejuvenating dip into the swimming pool which features a tile lining and waterfall.
Located in the left wing of the main floor is the luxurious master suite. Above the bed is a tray ceiling. Let yourself outside through a set of accordion
doors to enjoy the private back porch.
The ensuite’s whirlpool tub, picture window and rustic chandelier will grab your attention upon entering. An open shower is set off to the left, and every couple will appreciate his and hers walk in closets, separate vanities and private water closet.
Also tucked in the left wing is a powder room and a library.
The two car garage is an angled expansion from the right side of the home, and the one car garage is an expansion from the back. All three garage doors open to the side motor court, so they are hidden from the curbside view.
A small porch from the motor court serves as an informal entrance. Turn right for the guest room which has a private bath and walk in closet. Turn left through the mud room to enter the kitchen through the butler’s pantry.
Bedroom 2 upstairs has a walk-in closet and private bathroom. Remember the tower that you noticed from the front elevation? It’s a charming sitting room crowned with a glittering chandelier.
If desired, you can finish the additional space upstairs for a media room and a game room.
