Texas Farmhouse Plan With 2454 Square Feet of Living Space.

Immediately to your left from the foyer is the office. Enter through a set of French doors and close them for privacy. Work space is generous at 12’8 x 11’8.

The great room has a vaulted ceiling. Two sets of French doors flank the gas log fireplace.

As is popular in new construction, we find open living space. The kitchen is open to the great room and dining area.

Your dream kitchen awaits. The island has a farmhouse sink and concealed trash bin. Measured at 4′ x 9’6, there is plenty of room at the level eating bar.

Finish the kitchen according to your own personal style. Cabinet, stone and backsplash materials are waiting for your personal touch.

The walk-in pantry measures 11’4 x 8′. You will not be short of any supplies when guests arrive.

Dine right by the kitchen with a view of the back yard.

Oversized Garage.

Parking is available for 3 vehicles in the side load garage. The storage room measures 9’8 x 4’8. Kids can store sports equipment out of the way.

Storage lockers and a discreet powder room are right inside the family entryway.

Open the barn door to the large laundry room. It includes a counter for folding clothes, broom closet and utility sink. The best part is the door connecting the laundry room to the master closet. This is a wish list item!

On the left side of the house is the master bedroom with vaulted ceiling. The ensuite includes a freestanding tub, private water closet, separate shower and two vanities.

Again we note that the large walk-in closet is connected to the laundry room.

I see you mentioned you can do this plan on walkout basement. Do you have a picture as to what the back would look like with a walkout ?

I’m sorry, we are unable to provide a turn-key price. For the most accurate average cost per square foot, we recommend asking local builders.
To purchase a QUICK-Cost-To-Build quote provided by Home-Cost.com, click on the Cost-To-Build tab on the plan’s details page. Here you will have the option to purchase the QUICK-Cost-To-Build for this plan. Remember that the QUICK-Cost-To-Build is based only on the living space listed for that particular house plan and on the zip code in which you are building. It is not specific to the materials needed for that house plan. In short, the estimate is based on generic information. Please read the limitations and assumptions associated with the cost estimates.
Unfortunately, I do not have any estimated material costs. There are lots of variables like material selections and fluctuating material costs. Wish I had a better answer for you.

Hello- I am very interested in building this plan and live in a Chicago suburb. I see that someone building this plan posted recent actual construction pictures on your website and wanted to see if there is any way you can pass along my contact info to the builder or homeowner to see if my wife and I can do a walk through in person before to help us make a final decision.
