Inside, we have 4012 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with wide hallways and entryways which make this one of our wheelchair accessible plans. Come home to a wraparound front porch supported by columns on stone bases and enter through an elegant set of French doors. Designed as a hillside home, the rear is equipped with a walkout basement, providing covered patio space at ground level. Upstairs, the younger generation will be pleased that a private full bathroom can be found in each room!<\/p>\n<p>The center of activity for a family is always the kitchen, and this one does not disappoint! Slate floors and rich wooden cabinetry make for luxurious surroundings. We love the rounded arch of the window over the sink and the sections of brick flooring. Men love their man caves, teenagers crave a place to hang out with their friends, and the whole family would enjoy having a media room downstairs. From the photograph, you can see that this particular homeowner has finished the space to be a sunny billiards room with a wet bar in the corner. Use the display garage to store classic vehicles or turn it into a fitness room. Collectibles are shown in built in bookcases at the foot of the staircase.
