Guests can sit and chat during meal preparation or kids can lay out school books and get some help with their homework. A convenient breakfast room adjoins the kitchen and offers easy access to the grilling porch, and off the kitchen is a laundry room which is essential to handle the piles of clothes coming from four bedrooms- two of the smaller bedrooms have walk in closets. For formal occasions, a large dining room with box column accents is readily available to the left of the foyer.
