\"63081-p5\"<\/a>Gorgeous on the outside and filled with luxuries inside, European Luxury House Plan 63081<\/strong><\/a> is top of the line. A hipped roof and stucco walls are complemented by the romantic features including wrought iron balconies and arched windows. Columns adorn the rear of the home, supporting an upper level sun deck. The covered porch off the family room has a summer kitchen and convenient half bath, which is perfect for keeping outdoor activities from trekking through the house. The outdoor kitchen is much appreciated for a day spent in the swimming pool. Inside, both the formal and informal areas have an open layout that gives you sweeping views from room to room.<\/p>\n

As you enter through the foyer, the intimate living room is straight ahead, and the dining room with it’s arched doorways\"63081-p8\"<\/a> to the right. A sunken powder room to the left is a unique feature, and a pair of French doors open up to the balconies and admit plenty of natural sunlight to these rooms. Two separate staircases serve this floor- one in the main living space and one ascending for family members as they enter from the garage.<\/p>\n

The kitchen measures 14′ by 14′ and enjoys a two story ceiling and a center island with cook top. Around the corner is a breakfast nook and family room with French doors to the porch and a stone fireplace with built in bookshelves. Above, decorative iron railings guard the loft openings from upstairs rooms. A utility room is central to all the bedrooms and adds one more exit from the house.<\/p>\n

\"63081-p2\"<\/a>Two bedrooms are located on the main floor, and outside of the smaller bedroom is a full bathroom that can be shared by guests. On the left side of the home is a private master foyer leading into the amazing master suite with its sitting area, fireplace and spectacular master bath with a huge glass shower. Plenty of storage space is available in the walk in closet and a front window brightens up the clothing selection.<\/p>\n

Both bedrooms and the loft on the second floor have Juliette balconies that add charm and views of the front and back yard. These bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Perhaps the loft could be used as a homework station. The sunken bonus room has a full bath that is shared by the huge media room with its outdoor deck. With its walk in closet, the bonus room can accommodate more relatives for the holidays or make a nice office.<\/p>\n
