New Pool House Plans With Storage<\/h2>\n

All of our new pool house plans have storage, and they range in the number of special features. Firstly, Pool House Plan 81659<\/strong><\/a> is the smallest on our list. This Pool House Plan has a small footprint of 20′ wide by 22′ deep, and 87 square feet living space. For those who need function and a little luxury, this tidy pool house has a bathroom with good-sized shower and even a closet to store a few things like sunscreen and bug spray. When it comes to pool rafts, volleyball nets, and air pumps, the storage room has you covered. Then, we move on to the luxury: this pool house design includes a full outdoor kitchen for grilling hamburgers, plus a cozy outside fireplace!<\/p>\n

Secondly, Plan 81652<\/strong><\/a> is a bit of an upgrade. This Cabana Plan (149 sq ft living space) is not your ordinary, bland pool house. On the contrary, it’s replete with charm as seen in the flared eaves, board and batten shutters, rustic wooden columns, vertical white siding, and a combination of shingles and metal on the roof. Stay cool with a dip in the pool, and then retreat to the shade of the covered porch and covered bar \/ kitchen area when the sun gets a little too hot. Inside, we find a bath and storage. Lastly, notice the outdoor shower.<\/p>\n

Cabana Plans With Garage<\/h2>\n

Thirdly, the following Cabana Plans have more than just a bathroom: they have garage space. Plan 80896<\/strong><\/a>: this versatile structure could be a great accessory to any house. Though perfect as a pool house, this plan could also be used as additional living area or man cave. It comes equipped with a living\/kitchen area and bathroom and includes a single car garage. The most notable feature of this plan is the large outdoor living area with a wood burning fireplace and separate outdoor kitchen.<\/p>\n
