Earthy materials recall the majestic villas of central Italy’s countryside, and the artistry of design will inspire and delight the homeowners as if they were living during the Italian Renaissance. Charming exterior details include deconstructed stone siding on the ground floor with stucco above, giving this modern house an old world, weathered appearance. Enter through the incredible tiled loggia with iron light fixtures overhead and arched doorways- three sets of French doors lead to the living room on your left, and a courtyard with outdoor fireplace and barbecue grill is open to your right.\u00a0Drive around to the rear of the house to access the two car garage and notice the brick-walled court yard that is private to the master suite.\"75122-p2\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The formal dining room is separated from the kitchen by the grand hall and a brief hallway. A coat closet and discreet powder room are located conveniently in this space for guests. Passageways are attractively medieval with archways, soft lighting and creamy plaster walls. The wine storage area, accessible from the entry, living room and kitchen is essential considering the prominence of vineyards in the landscape from which this architectural style originated. Double doors open from the breakfast nook to a small court yard on the side of the house, and this view of the outdoors might draw you outside during that morning cup of coffee.<\/p>\n

Located toward the back of the house, the master suite includes two walk-in closets, walk-in shower, spa tub, linen closet, private toilet area and double vanities. Copper bowls resting on marble counter tops replace traditional built-in bathroom sinks, and the metal- framed mirror complements the delicate ironwork and dangling “vintage crystals” of the light fixture.<\/p>\n

Master bedroom number two measures 15’2″ x 13’3″ and includes a full bathroom, single walk-in closet and double french doors to the terrace. An additional storage room is located right outside the bedroom door.<\/p>\n

Fun for children and guests, the game room includes a kitchenette to store snacks and drinks for the upstairs bedrooms. Bedroom three is equipped with a small closet and bathroom with shower. A sun porch on the back of the house is half covered by a pergola with rustic beams, perfect for the green thumb to plant seasonal flowers with vines for shade.<\/p>\n
