Decorative fanlight windows add character under the gables. This home would be attractive in a residential neighborhood or alone on a Kentucky horse farm- the possibilities are endless. Picture the changing seasons depending on your ideal location- scattered pine needles on the walk in the fall, glistening snow on the eaves in the winter, planted flowers around the walkway in the spring or \u00a0a view of the stars from the upper terrace on a breezy summer evening.<\/p>\n

A recurring theme throughout the house, French doors invite you into the house and appear throughout the interior. A hallway off the foyer offers plenty of storage room with two closets, and the powder room is perfectly located so you can touch up your makeup or straighten a tie on the way out the door. Continuing down the hall will lead to the guest room which includes an exit to its own private covered porch to the side of the house, a full bathroom and a walk-in closet. With this comfortable arrangement, your visiting friend or family member may decide to stay. The room could be used by an older parent or student, but also consider a gym. Set up a flat screen for entertainment, lay some rubber matting and hit the treadmill.<\/p>\n

A romantic set of French doors opens to the back porch which is exclusive to the master. Plenty more outdoor space can be enjoyed from the covered porch off the family room or the screened porch off the kitchen nook.<\/p>\n

The curved staircase is nestled into the front bay window. At the landing, you can look over the balcony into the foyer or walk to the loft which overlooks the family room downstairs. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom and a terrace, but both are spoiled with their own walk-in-closets.<\/p>\n

The biggest treat in this house is the media room which measures 16’7″ x 15′. Quite an oasis after work or a fun retreat for entertaining on the weekends, a bar occupies part of the room where you can exit to the terrace over the front porch.<\/p>\n
