The steep pitched roof with the aura of an A-frame triggers vacation mode. Double porches with slender pillars interact beautifully with the great outdoors. Inside, a bounty of significantly-sized windows and sleek doors with bright sidelights draw the natural light and magnify the view.<\/p>\n

The main level is 1,204 square feet and \u00a0includes the entry, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and one bedroom with walk-in closet. Upon entering, the foyer features a coat closet and a good place to leave behind those winter boots or sandy flip flops if you choose to build in a coastal area.\"65001-P2\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Kitchen & Dining<\/strong><\/p>\n

To the right of the entry is the lovely finished kitchen which is designed with bright, airy elements- white cabinets, light counter tops, pendant lighting and stainless steel appliances. Look forward to casual weekday mornings at the breakfast counter, and move into the formal dining room for a slower, more relaxed meal on a Sunday.<\/p>\n

Attractively curved at the base, the staircase rises to a loft upstairs that allows for a view of the open floor plan of the dining and family rooms.
