Southern Colonial style is achieved with traditional ionic columns on the front porch. The front door is framed with transom and sidelight windows. Two doghouse dormer windows create a balanced aesthetic appeal along with a combination of red brick and white painted siding. An adjoined double car and single car garage allows for plenty of parking and storage space.<\/p>\n

Wide open spaces, large rooms, volume ceilings and functional layout are just a few terms to describe this wonderful plan.<\/p>\n

The plan boasts an open kitchen and a large island with eating bar where the family can gather for breakfast. The walk in pantry is around the corner. The dining room is conveniently located right off the kitchen, but it’s still a separate room for those who like a formal space.<\/p>\n

The great room features built-in shelving around the gas log fireplace. Large windows look out to the screened in back porch and grilling area.<\/p>\n

On the opposite end of the house are the very spacious kids’ bedrooms. Each bedroom has a walk in closet. Bedroom 4 has a private bath which makes it a great guest room.<\/p>\n

When entering from the garage, you have quick access to the office and a locker storage area which helps with organization.<\/p>\n

Located above the garage, the bonus room offers a flexible area for that growing family or just a get-a-way from all the stress of the day.<\/p>\n
