Traditional House Plan 72245<\/strong><\/a> has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a 3 car garage. This 2,830 square foot home is on our best-sellers list!\"\"<\/p>\n

The front covered porch is just large enough for the family to be sheltered from the rain when arriving home. But don’t worry, there is a rear covered porch with vaulted ceiling that measures 20′ x 14′. When you want to enjoy the sun, spend time on one of the huge back decks.<\/p>\n

A convenient powder room is located in the foyer for guests, and the great room is straight ahead.<\/p>\n

Volume is achieved in the great room by a vaulted ceiling. On each side of the fireplace is a set of French doors which allow access to the back covered porch.<\/p>\n

The adjoining dining room and kitchen are arranged with an open concept.<\/p>\n

A large island takes center stage in the kitchen. There is room for four to sit and eat breakfast at the bar.<\/p>\n

The door in the kitchen leads to the utility room and the pantry. From here, you can store all your extra kitchen goods, get the laundry done, access the basement stairs or access the 3 car garage.<\/p>\n

The master suite occupies its own end of the house. A set of French doors leads out to the back deck. The ensuite features a private water closet, dual sinks, freestanding tub, his and her closets, separate shower and bench area to dry off.<\/p>\n

On the right side of the house, you may choose to finish the space for an excellent in-law suite or guest room. The guests\/family member\/tenant can access the laundry room by going through the house or through the garage.<\/p>\n

Upstairs, you have the option to add more living space. At the top of the stairs is a sitting room. The hallway connecting to the future bedroom is open to the rooms below on both sides.<\/p>\n

On the opposite end of the house is a bonus room over the garage.<\/p>\n
