The photographs were given to us by a homeowner who added a walkout basement. We love the upper deck and the seating area surrounding a cozy fire pit in the back yard. Carefully placed lighting complements the landscaping for evening entertainment.<\/p>\n

12\u2019 ceilings greet you as you enter and carry through to the great room found directly ahead. The fireplace is the focal point, and it’s flanked by built-in cabinets for displaying family keepsakes. Look up from the L-shaped couch and admire the elegant modern light fixture and special ceiling treatments.<\/p>\n

\"\"A den is found to the left of the entry and features double French doors. This room can also double as a third bedroom.<\/p>\n

The open concept floor plan includes a kitchen with prep island and breakfast bar that overlooks a sitting room and dining room. From these rooms, we have open site lines to the adjacent great room.<\/p>\n
