Here at Family Home Plans, we often receive calls from clients who are looking for homes with multiple master suites in a modest size. Having a full\"\"<\/a> bathroom in each bedroom adds privacy for every family member or guest. Homeowners also like to have the option to rent out individual suites for extra income by using websites like Airbnb.com. We have many luxury plans which include a full bath in each bedroom, but it’s rare to find a design with this feature in under 2000 square feet!<\/p>\n

Country House Plan 51411<\/strong><\/a> has 1,972 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and there is a half bath for guests on the main floor. The home exterior is very attractive with a welcoming front porch. The porch ceiling soars all the way up to the metal roof. The crawlspace is built as a stone skirt around the \"\"<\/a>house, and the stone siding climbs up the chimney on the right side of the house.<\/p>\n

Notice the back balcony which also has a high vaulted ceiling. The two bedrooms upstairs have access to the balcony. If you want to list on Airbnb, it would be easy to construct outside access to these rooms. Guests would be intrigued with the accommodations, and you would be booked all year ’round.<\/p>\n

Finish the house with a metal roof and Hardiplank siding, and you won’t have to worry about exterior maintenance for a very long time!<\/p>\n

The main living space is very open. The family room has a vaulted ceiling, and the stone fireplace is the focal point for family gatherings. Measuring\"\"<\/a> 13′ x 12′, the kitchen island offers more work space and room for 3 people to have breakfast. The dining room can fit a large table, but you might prefer to move the dinner outside to the rear covered porch.<\/p>\n

Master suite 1 is located on the main floor and includes an ensuite with double vanity, whirlpool tub and private water closet. The shower is 6′ x 4′ and includes a place to sit down. The walk-in closet is spacious measuring 9′ x 7′.<\/p>\n

You won’t have to go far to get your laundry done because the utility room is right outside of master suite 1.<\/p>\n

Master suite 2 upstairs has a sitting area, huge walk-in closet and a bathroom with tub, separate shower and double vanity. Master suite 3 is a bit smaller, but it still offers a private bathroom with shower.<\/p>\n
