This plan is a beautiful mix of design and functionality which provides the most efficient use of space possible in a 2,239 square foot home. This plan offers large rooms, raised ceilings, open floor plan, an office area, optional bonus room, and much more while still being economical to build. The attractive traditional exterior has styling that will be timeless and provide an elegant look for any neighborhood.<\/p>\n

A split floor plan places the master suite and the children\/guest bedrooms on opposite sides of the home.<\/p>\n

\"\"As shown in the photographs of this finished home, the master bedroom has a tray ceiling and soft gray walls which gives the room a peaceful ambiance.\u00a0 Tall windows by the bed make you feel close to nature.<\/p>\n

All expected amenities are found in the master bathroom including his and her vanities, whirlpool tub, separate shower, private water closet and huge walk in closet measuring 9 ft by 12 ft 2 in. As a bonus, there is a pocket door entry from the closet to the laundry room.<\/p>\n

Also included on this end of the home is a powder room for guests and the garage exit. A staircase leads up to the bonus room over the garage. When finished, the bonus room would make a great guest suite with private bath, or it could be used as a theater or game room.<\/p>\n

Two smaller bedrooms on the right side of the house each has a private walk in closet and sink, and they share a Jack and Jill bath.<\/p>\n

The office is accessed immediately from the foyer, and it can be closed off with a pocket door when you need some quiet time to concentrate on your work.<\/p>\n

The main living space is open and has plenty of natural light with abundant windows that look out to the rear porch and deck. As you stand at the\"\" beautiful granite counter of the kitchen island, you are looking into the living room at a fireplace and a built-in bookshelf containing family photos and your favorite books.<\/p>\n

Brick finish makes the island a focal piece, and a combination of recessed lighting, under cabinet lights and pendants make this a bright and cheerful kitchen. In addition to walls of cabinets, more storage is found in the pantry which measures 7 ft 8 in by 7 ft 4 in.<\/p>\n

Every night, you will look forward to sharing a meal with the family in your dining room right off the kitchen.<\/p>\n
