French Country House Plan 72226<\/strong> <\/a>has 3,302 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The main entrance is designed like a round French tower with segmented arches.\u00a0 The porte cochere is decorated with stone siding and an elegant triple arch. A set of French doors and a balcony with iron rails adds to the French Country charm of this luxurious home.<\/p>\n

At the main entry, you are greeted by a sweeping staircase. The dining room is not enclosed, but the boundary of the room is marked with columns. To your right is the library with special ceiling treatments and a cozy fireplace.<\/p>\n

Follow the curved hallway behind the staircase to the master suite. The master bedroom has a barrel vault ceiling and access to the rear porch. A small set of French doors opens to the master bathroom which is fully appointed with tub, separate shower, double sinks, vanity and private water closet. The walk-in closet is complete with a packing island and convenient washer\/dryer.<\/p>\n

The great room juts out from the back of the house, and walls of windows give you a pleasant connection with the outdoors. Built-in bookshelves and a large fireplace add to the interest in the space.<\/p>\n

You will love the kitchen layout as it comes with abundant counter and cabinet space, two dish washers and a commercial-sized cooktop. Two islands allow for food preparation on one and breakfast at the other. The back door leads out to an expansive porch which wraps around the great room. Notice the optional grill and optional fireplace.<\/p>\n

Opposite the kitchen is a laundry room and back door to the garage. An extra refrigerator and deep freezer stand beside the work bench. Pass under the breezeway, and there is a separate 2-car garage for storing your classic car or restoring a new project.<\/p>\n

The loft upstairs has a view into the great room and dining room below. Each of the three bedrooms has a private bathroom, and the occupants have a shared office.<\/p>\n

The unfinished basement layout shows many interesting options including a bar, game room, family room, playroom, gym and guest bedroom. The possibilities are endless, and the added space would add instant resale value to the home.<\/p>\n
