New House Plans number 66732 would be an attractive home in any neighborhood with its traditional style. The Greek-style columns of the entry porch add classic elegance.<\/p>\n

Enter the home from the foyer or the garage, and you will have quick access to a powder room, study and laundry. Beyond is an open-concept living space with family room, kitchen and dining room. Sit down at the eat-at island, and you can banter with the cook and enjoy the family room fireplace at the same time.<\/p>\n

All bedrooms are upstairs. The children enjoy a front-yard view through the two dormer windows, and they share a hallway bathroom. Mom and dad have a view of the back yard. Space was saved in the master bathroom by omitting a tub, but that translates to a very large walk in closet. Still, we have two sinks and a shower. Everyone will love the extra bonus space as well.<\/p>\n

New House Plans number 66730 shows its Craftsman style with cedar shingle siding and tapered columns on stone pedestals.<\/p>\n

From the formal entry, we have a study and access to the staircase. A full bathroom is easily accessed from the hallway or study, making it perfect for guests.<\/p>\n

Beyond is the family room where you have a wall of windows looking out to the covered deck. More natural light comes in from the connected dining room. Again, we have an open concept living space as the kitchen is only separated by the island.<\/p>\n

You may enter the left wing of the house through a second front door. Some would call it the friends\u2019 entrance. Here we are flanked by two coat closets and access to the storage room and garage.<\/p>\n

Upstairs has a massive bonus space over the garage, and the upstairs laundry room is another \u201cbonus\u201d that is much appreciated for its convenience to the bedrooms.<\/p>\n

The master suite has a private covered deck and a fully-appointed bathroom with tub, separate shower and double vanity. Suite 2 shares the hallway bathroom with anyone who may be spending time in the bonus room.<\/p>\n

The basement can be finished as two additional bedrooms, a game room for entertainment, a bathroom and storage.<\/p>\n
