The 2 car garage has wooden doors with a warm stain which lends to the style of the home. Flowers spill from the window box above to add charm.<\/p>\n

For back-yard enjoyment, there is a covered porch measuring 22\u201910\u201d x 8\u201d.<\/p>\n

Living Space with Craftsman\u00a0Design Elements<\/h3>\n

The living room has a tray ceiling, and the room is grounded by the fireplace and the surrounding built-in cabinets. Dark hardwood flooring flows from the living room and continues into the dining space.<\/p>\n

The floor design is open, yet the kitchen space is defined by the presence of a Craftsman style column and tile flooring.<\/p>\n

The kitchen measures 11\u2019 x 15\u20194\u201d and includes a pantry cabinet and large eat-at island.<\/p>\n

Our virtual video tour shows stainless steel appliances, light cabinets, dark counter tops and a lovely tile back splash, but you can choose any finishes that you desire.<\/p>\n

Head down the hall, and you will find an office to the left. The room provides privacy to get your work done, and light from the front window is a natural mood-booster.<\/p>\n

When you\u2019re ready to get away from the computer, your tools are organized and waiting in the garage storage room for your next hands-on-project.<\/p>\n

Laundry is always less of a chore when you have plenty of space to work with. The laundry room offers a folding table, utility sink, ample counter space and storage cabinets.<\/p>\n

Bedrooms & Bathrooms with Relaxing Appeal<\/h3>\n

Moving on down the hallway, there is a powder room for the convenience of your guests.<\/p>\n

Above the garage is a bonus space that would add value if you choose to finish it. Guests would also appreciate the private bathroom.<\/p>\n

The master bedroom has a tray ceiling, 2 walk-in closets and a luxurious bathroom with double sink, jet tub, shower, water closet and built-in linen cabinet.<\/p>\n

Two smaller bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the house, and although they share a bathroom, each person has their own linen closet and sink.<\/p>\n
