A metal roof helps the home stand up to years of stormy weather, and the front fa\u00e7ade shows symmetry of design in the arrangement of dormers, doors and windows.<\/p>\n<p>There is room to park 3 cars on the ground level, and the spacious storage area opens to the back covered lanai through a set of French doors. From here, you will host cookouts by the pool.<\/p>\n<p>Head upstairs to the \u201cupper deck\u201d lanai where you can enjoy your view of the ocean. When you walk into the house, your gaze will be arrested by the special ceiling treatments in the great room and foyer and the beamed ceiling in the dining room and kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>The kitchen is L-shaped and affords all the amenities to please the family cook. A large island adds prep space and creates separation from the dining room. A \u201cback door\u201d from the kitchen leads to the laundry room and the informal exit to the lanai. A coat closet helps in organization, and a powder room serves guests whether you are entertaining indoors or out.<\/p>\n<p>Though the plan is listed as a two bedroom, you can easily convert the front study into a 3<sup>rd<\/sup> bedroom or guestroom if needed. Bedroom 2 offers a private bathroom with shower.<\/p>\n<p>The master suite occupies the opposite side of the living space. The bedroom has an attractive tray ceiling, and couples will appreciate the his and hers closet arrangement. Two separate vanities continue this theme, and the master bath is complete with a walk-in shower, whirlpool tub and private water closet.<\/p>\n<p>Another wonderful feature is the elevator which\u00a0runs from the lower foyer between the garage bays.
