Traditional House Plan 58295<\/strong><\/a> offers 3,967 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Adding character to the traditional exterior of this home is a double porch with craftsman details\u2014tapered columns sit atop stone bases.<\/p>\n

A side-entry garage is dressed up with barn-style doors. With three bays, there is plenty of room for a large family to keep their vehicles out of the weather.<\/p>\n

As you enter from the front foyer, a study is to the right through a set of pocket doors. This room has a walk-in closet which is a great place to stow your guests\u2019 coats during a dinner party. Right outside is a powder room where you can freshen up before heading to the dining room around the corner.<\/p>\n

Moving on to the kitchen, the cook will be impressed by a 6 burner cook top, double refrigerator and spacious island with veggie sink. The oven is installed in the corner (caddy corner) which saves you from having an awkward arrangement of cabinets. Open the French doors to access a two-sided \u201chidden pantry\u201d with tons of storage.<\/p>\n

An open expanse between the kitchen and family room can accommodate a casual dining set. You may also be inclined to step outside on the covered terrace for morning coffee. The family room is designed with a beautiful coffered ceiling, and the fireplace makes a nice focal point.<\/p>\n

At the rear of the main level is a mud-room\/drop zone. Cubbies, bench and a closet are at your fingertips as soon as you come in from the garage. If you\u2019re not ready to start the dinner and homework routine right away, you can bang a quick right to the back covered terrace to enjoy the evening outside for a few minutes.<\/p>\n

A common item on the family wish list is an upstairs laundry room, and this house plan does not disappoint. The utility room is located conveniently for all the bedrooms at the top of the stairs, and it has a utility sink and storage cabinets to keep all the work in one room.<\/p>\n

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill bathroom, and bedroom 4 has its own private bath. Each room boasts a walk-in closet. The master bedroom impresses with a trey ceiling and fireplace. Another lovely feature is the sliding barn door that opens to the en suite. Here we have all of the expected amenities\u2014two vanities (with lots of counter space), large walk-in shower, tub, linen closet and private water closet. The best part, of course, is the massive walk-in closet which measures 15.5\u2019 x 9.5\u2019.<\/p>\n

Increase the living space of the home by 1,544 square feet if you choose to finish the basement. You could add two extra bedrooms, and just imagine what you could do with the two expansive recreation areas!<\/p>\n
