This home design\u00a0respects the size and budget concerns of first time homeowners\u00a0while offering the comfort of a 3 bedroom home with an attached garage. The\u00a0style is especially suited to urban surroundings.<\/p>\n

Practical features include direct access into the house from the garage. A laundry room on this level has a convenient laundry chute from the bedroom level to help eliminate clutter upstairs.<\/p>\n

The main level has an open floor plan that enhances the feeling of size despite the unconventional shape of this home. The living room has space for standard furnishings, including a 3+ seat sofa, and the kitchen table seats 6, or it could be replaced by an island with seating. A contemporary kitchen features generous storage and a 7\u2019x3\u2019 island for light meals or social mingling. The open kitchen flows to a wonderfully windowed dining room which then flows to the adjoining living room. All of the social areas benefit from backyard vistas allowing for a private social oasis.<\/p>\n

The entrance from the garage allows 7\u2019 of flexible wall space that could be used for a closet, laundry or occasional storage.<\/p>\n
