Craftsman Hillside Home Plan 74817<\/a><\/strong> has 2499 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The plans call for a beautiful exterior composed of stone, brick and cedar shake siding, and it\u2019s designed with a walkout basement on a sloping lot in the back. Pictured is a wonderful deck system from the main level and a patio pool area on the basement level.<\/p>\n

As you enter the front door of your home, a home office is to the left as well as a powder room. On the right is an open dining room. Pass through to the kitchen, and we have a pantry, island with cooktop, and an angled counter. From the kitchen, we have a view into the family room with its two story ceiling and large fireplace.<\/p>\n

This \u201copen concept\u201d layout is becoming more and more mainstream as families like to entertain and cook simultaneously, and parents want to be able to keep an eye on the kids. The nook can be set up with a small table for informal meals, and a doorway leads out to the deck when grilled chicken is on the menu. The cohesive arrangement of each room will be a major selling point for this home.<\/p>\n

A set of French doors leads to the master bedroom with its impressive 10\u2019 tray ceiling. The \u201cHis\u201d walk in closet measures 5\u20194\u201d x 3\u20198\u201d, and the \u201cHers\u201d closet measures 6\u2019 x 12\u20192\u201d. Completing the bedroom is the en suite with private shower\/toilet room, garden tub, linen closet and separate vanities.<\/p>\n

Move from the kitchen to access the garage exit, coat closet, laundry room and staircase leading up to the top floor. The garage offers plenty of parking space with three bays, and you may decide to remove the wall to the workshop to make room for boat storage.<\/p>\n

Upstairs we have two bedrooms that share a bath. Bedroom Suite 2 has a \u00be bath and walk in closet, so it would function as a comfortable guest room. Also available are two large bonus areas and an optional bathroom over the garage. You may use these areas for storage or finish them for extra living space.<\/p>\n
