House Plan 63381<\/strong><\/a> has 3829 square feet of living space with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Cape Cod features include multiple paned windows and three doghouse dormers on a steeply pitched roof. Reminding us of Colonial architecture, the porch is supported by Greek style columns. From here, you may want to enjoy a glass of tea during good weather. A \u201cfarmhouse feel\u201d is achieved by the cupola over the spacious three car garage. The driveway winds around the side loading garage to preserve the old-timey appearance of this home when viewed from the street.<\/p>\n

Separating your parking from the main house is a convenient mud room. Exit to the front patio or step to the back where you find a staircase up to the bonus room. This is especially useful for the people who occupy the upper level if they desire to come and go privately. It also provides a shortcut when they venture downstairs with a load of laundry.<\/p>\n

The living room is central to the main house, and the dining room and den\/study are located at angles across the hallway. You will find the guest bathroom has a second door out to the covered patio. The exit, combined with the shower, will be perfect if you choose to have a pool or hot tub. Other outlets to the patio include French doors from the breakfast nook, living room and master bedroom.<\/p>\n

Your gourmet kitchen includes a step in corner pantry and island for prepping meals. This room is largely open to the breakfast nook and family room which bring in extra light through abundant windows. Cozy up to the corner fireplace in the family room and stock up the media wall with your favorite entertainment. The main staircase separates this informal area from bedroom 2 which is equipped with a walk in closet and pocket door access to a guest bathroom.<\/p>\n

Privately located on the opposite end of the home, the master bedroom includes a windowed sitting area to enjoy the rear view of your property. In the master bath we find dual vanities, garden tub, shower, private water closet, his and her walk in closets and linen closet.<\/p>\n

Be creative with the bonus room if you choose to finish the space, or just leave it for storage. Two more bedrooms down the hall share a bathroom and enjoy light from the dormer windows.<\/p>\n
