European Style House Plan 65995<\/strong><\/a> is dressed up with board and batten vertical siding, arched windows and entryways and a steep, hipped roof design. A cupola sits atop the garage, and the exterior is complete with matching brick for the chimney and foundation. A total of 3096 square feet of living space allows for 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.<\/p>\n

If a complete brick exterior is more to your liking, click over to House Plan 65994<\/strong><\/a>. The rear elevation shows a relaxing scene with covered porch, deck\"65994-b600\"<\/a> chairs and a pool.<\/p>\n

Moving on to the interior, both house plans share the same design as seen in the floor plans. As you enter the front hall, notice that the triple arched entryways from the porch are repeated for access to the living room.<\/p>\n

What is your first stop when you return home after a long day? From the side-loading garage, you can head straight for the luxurious kitchen and start prepping a fabulous meal, or you could carry some takeout to the living room and relax in front of the fire. Here we have an impressive 19\u2019 ceiling and upper level windows.<\/p>\n

\"65995-p1\"<\/a>Every amenity is provided for the convenience of day to day life. The breakfast room is equipped with a built in buffet, and the kitchen has a generous bar with plenty of room for the family to gather. Pantry storage allows the chef to stock up on necessary supplies and to keep rarely used gadgets out of sight. Across the hallway is the laundry room with utility sink and counters for folding clothes. As a bonus, we have room for a freezer in the corner.<\/p>\n

On the weekends, your home is the most popular place to gather as the design includes a media room with a walk-in equipment closet that gives you access to the wall behind the tv, making it easy to hide unsightly wiring. Through one exit door, we have a built in nook for your books, and through the opposite door is the wet bar and access to the powder room. These rooms are also convenient to the back porch if you are entertaining outside.<\/p>\n

The master bedroom measures 20\u2019 by 14\u2019, and the bathroom includes the following features:<\/p>\n

    All three bedrooms upstairs have a private bath and walk-in closet, and they share a balcony view into the living room below. There is an abundance of room to expand if you choose to finish the space over the garage and workshop.
