Blue shutters help filter the sun from the windows upstairs, and it\u2019s recommended to install reflective metal roofing to save on energy costs. Another great feature seen from the outside: the upper balcony affords a beautiful view of the landscape which is dominated by palm trees waving in the breeze.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s a 5814 square foot house without a swimming pool? This design features a pool \/ cabana room and bathroom off the lanai. Right off the great room is a wet bar, proving that this luxurious home will accommodate the best indoor \/ outdoor parties. The master bathroom has a unique \u201chis and hers\u201d split bathroom featuring an individual toilet and sink for husband and wife.\u00a0 The main level also includes kitchen, study, powder room and laundry.<\/p>\n
