Traditional House Plan 74732<\/strong><\/a> is perfect for the average size family at 1687 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A front facing two car garage is paired with an arched entry porch situated within the main structure of the home. The brick exterior and clean simple design would be perfect for a new community or housing development prospect. Open to the kitchen and dining area and central to the house is the grand room with its attractive step ceiling. Movement from room to room is well organized with bedrooms 2 & 3 off the foyer and the laundry \/ pantry off the kitchen with passage to the garage. In the roomy master suite, we appreciate the doorway to the covered porch, step ceiling, full bath with double vanity and large walk in closet.<\/p>\n

Bungalow House Plan 74733<\/strong><\/a> is quaint and charming, featuring a full front porch with tapered columns. Stark white paint is a beautiful contrast against the black shutters and red brick masonry piers and steps. To balance out the exterior, a shed dormer was added to the steep gray shingled roof. This home is drawn to 1922 square feet and accommodates the same size family at 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Here we have enough room for a formal dining room and breakfast nook on each side of the kitchen. At 19\u2019 x 15\u2019, the grand room is spacious and features a large corner fireplace and step ceiling in a stretched octagon shape. A private covered porch in the back really makes outdoor entertaining enjoyable. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the guest bathroom, and the master suite is privately located on the opposite end of the house.<\/p>\n

The laundry room is located off the kitchen, but you may want to move the utilities to the garage and install a shelving system to serve as a walk in pantry. \u00a0Bedrooms 2 and 3 with their shared bathroom are tucked away through an entrance off the breakfast room. Entrance to bedroom 2 and the master suite is off the grand room.<\/p>\n
