New Mediterranean House Plan

We are drawn to Mediterranean House Plan 71540 by the arched entry which is topped by a round tower. The gracious semi-circle of steps invites you onto the porch as you take in the handsome façade of red clay tiles and arched windows.

Double doors lead into a wide foyer, and the living room is straight ahead with a cozy fireplace. Here you can picture a set of leather furniture just waiting for you to return after a long day.

Arranged between the living room and kitchen is a bar area, perfect for the master entertainer. A small sink assists you with drink preparation while counter seating accommodates your guests.

Opposite is the kitchen with more counter seating, additional island and six burner stove. Pass through the dining area to the wine room, or move into the family room with its tray ceiling. The major rooms just mentioned create one vast, open space.

Outdoor living spans the back of the house. Off the family room is the covered lanai with summer kitchen. A pool bath is included to keep family members from dripping water into the main house or to serve children who are busy playing outside with muddy cleats. Off the living room is a larger covered lanai which is perfect for lounging outdoors.
